Publishing limits

The standard allowance is up to 2 new listings per calendar day. Each listing uses the timezone of its saved location. Buying credits does not increase this limit. Every new occurrence in a recurring schedule uses one credit and one daily slot. Approved individual allowances are shown on the member’s Credits page.

Refunds and payment problems

You may request a refund for unused purchased credits through Support. Credits already used to publish cannot be refunded automatically, except where required by law or where My Social Meet confirms a service error. Approved refunds return through the original SumUp payment. If a payment appears twice or paid credits are missing, do not pay again—contact Support so the original transaction can be reconciled.
